Terms and Conditions
Trip Details
- One-Way Trips: Minimum 130 km for all vehicle types.
- Round Trips: Minimum 250 km per day for all vehicle types.
Driver Allowance
- One-Way Trips:
₹300/- for all vehicles.
₹500/- for distances exceeding 400 km. - Round Trips:
₹400/- for all vehicles.
₹500/- for distances exceeding 400 km.
Hill Station Charges
An additional charge of ₹400 applies for all vehicles traveling to hill stations.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
- If the driver has already arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee of ₹300 will be payable directly to the driver.
Service Coverage
Our services cover multiple states, including:
- Tamil Nadu
- Pondicherry
- Kerala
- Karnataka
- Andhra Pradesh
Note: State permits are applicable for Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.
Other Terms
- Travel Calculation: Time and kilometers are calculated from the customer’s source to the destination.
- Passenger Limit: Additional passengers beyond the vehicle’s capacity are not allowed.
- Inclusive Rates: All base fares include fuel costs.
- Additional Charges: Toll fees, state taxes, permits, and parking charges are extra and not included in the base fare.
- Payment Options: We accept payments via cash or online transfer only.
